Charges Shipping & Handling charges are shown along with the price of the product during our TV broadcast.
When shopping online, look for Shipping & Handling charges on each and every product detail page. You'll find your total Shipping & Handling charges in your Cart and during the checkout process.
Buy more, save more! When you order more than one item, you'll automatically qualify for our Multipack Reduced Shipping & Handling Program. Your Cart will confirm what your final Multipack Shipping
& Handling charge will be. Some restrictions apply.
- We only ship within our great country of Canada
- Courier shipping
requires a physical street number and address (no P.O. boxes).
- Should
your address fall outside normal delivery areas, you will be contacted and
informed of any additional shipping charges.
Multipack Discount
We want to help you save on Shipping & Handling! If you order more than one item, you automatically receive a reduced Multipack shipping rate based on your entire order's weight. Some items may be shipped separately, however, you still pay a reduced shipping rate. It's that simple!
Your Cart will confirm your Multipack Shipping
& Handling savings and total charge.
Note some items - such as our Auto Delivery items - are excluded from our Multipack discount.
Order Modification
Currently, items can only be added or removed from an existing order by calling in to our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888.
Orders can be modified only up to 11:59PM ET (on the same day) to receive a Multipack Discount. After that the order has been committed to our fulfillment team cannot be changed.
Example:
If you're ordering the Today's Showstopper at 10PM ET, any items you order at the same time, or that you have added to the original order before 11:59PM ET, will qualify for a Multipack Discount.
Delivery Methods
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Canada Post (7 to 10 business days for delivery)
- Courier Ground (5 to 7 Business Days for delivery)
- Courier Air (3 to 5 business days for delivery)
Items shipped directly from our suppliers may have a longer delivery time-frame of 15 - 21 business days. This information along with any delivery restrictions are detailed on our product pages.
Bill To / Ship To
You can choose to have your order shipped to one or more addresses during the checkout process. With this option the order total and payment information, is sent to the billing address on file while the items selected will be sent to the shipping addresses chosen. The order total and payment information
is not sent to the shipping address.
Order Tracking
Click "Order Status" at the bottom of our website to view the status of your order(s). You will need to sign into Your Account or create a new online account and select Order History. Your account will provide you details on where your order currently is within our shipping process. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can use the
tracking number to track where your order is after it leaves our warehouse. Order status is available within 24 hours of placing an order.
